ETS's staff includes registered professional engineers and professional land surveyors that are licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina, engineering technicians, computer operators, construction observers, surveyors and clerical staff. Engineering and surveying site work services are provided for subdivisions, golf courses, commercial developments, industrial sites, institutions and schools.

The Land Surveying Department at ETS is headed by 3 Registered/Professional Land Surveyors with a combination of over 60 years experience. Under their direction, survey crews utilize the latest in modern electronic, robotic and total station (EDM) equipment.
