ETS has been involved in the development of a number of large residential communities.  These include Pawleys Plantation, Wachesaw Plantation, Wachesaw Plantation East, The Legends, The Heritage, Ricefields, Indigo Creek, Barefoot, Arrowhead, International Club and many more.  ETS continues to work with several national and local builders on a variety of projects.

ETS has worked on many of the area's big-name golf courses. Including Caledonia, Pawleys Plantation, Heritage, Wachesaw Plantation, Wachesaw Plantation East, Legends, Tradition Club, The Reserve, and Pinehurst National. 

Commercial 

ETS has experience in numerous commercial developments in coastal South Carolina, meeting the challenges of efficient land use while fulfilling the environmental regulations of the coastal area.  ETS has utilized innovative designs to meet stormwater requirements, save protected trees and still maximize land use. 

Commercial developments have included Colonial Mall, Willbrook Commercial Center, Piggly Wiggly (Surfside), Tidelands Ford, Litchfield Oaks, Waverly Center, Carolina Forest, Alabama Grille, Village Green, Hampton Inn (Georgetown and Litchfield), Woodside Village, DaGullah, Mingo and many others. 

Institutional 

ETS has worked with various teams on large institutional projects.  ETS works side by side with architects, contractors, construction managers, and other engineers to bring together many of these complex projects.

These projects include the Georgetown Memorial Hospital (GMH), Waccamaw Community Hospital, GMH Off-Campus Laundry Facility, GMH Waccamaw Neck Medical Clinic, Andrews High School, Rosemary Middle School,Waccamaw Middle School, Hanahan Elementary School, Maryville Elementary School, All Saints Church, Horry/Georgetown Technical College, Brookgreen Gardens, Georgetown County Detention Facility and many others.

Industrial

ETS has assisted several area industrial facilities with a range of services including surveying, stormwater design, water and sewer design, loading dock design and environmental permitting.  Clients have included 3V Chemical Plant, Georgetown Steel Mill, Georgetown Industrial Park, Tupperware Manufacturing, and others.

Public Works

ETS continues working with several local public works entities, providing survey, design, and construction management services on water, sewer, roadway and drainage projects.  Clients include Georgetown County Water and Sewer District, The City of Georgetown, Grand Strand Water and Sewer, The Town of Andrews, The Town of Browns Ferry, Town of Jamestown, The Town of Surfside, The Town of Kingstree, Williamsburg County, Georgetown County and Horry County.

Projects include the GCWSD Sludge Plant, GCWSD Composting Facility, Wedgefield Elevated Tank, Town of Andrews Master Water, Sewer, and Drainage Plans, Georgetown County Fire Stations, Horry County Fire Stations, Hagley Estates, Lane/Greeleyville Waterline, GCWSD System-wide Hydraulic Modeling and many others.
