EXPERIENCE

Mr. Redmond has over 35 years of private civil engineering consulting experience primarily in the water, wastewater, streets and drainage. He has over twenty five (25) years of local engineering experience on the Grand Strand. He has extensive experience in the design of private development, municipal and special service districts projects in Georgetown, Horry and Williamsburg Counties. He has experience with local and state agencies for permitting of development and municipal work. Experience includes application of various stormwater ordinances along the Grand Strand area for numerous residential, commercial and municipal projects. He has been with ETS since 1982 and president since 1986.
